So today, I'm asking a big favour from all of you. I'm asking you to share your stories of how you bring sunshine into your situations. How you overcome your own dark days.
Do you have a routine that you use?
Do you reach out to friends or family members for support?
Do you go within yourself? Or outside of yourself?
When we share of ourselves and bring hope to others by showing them there is light and sunshine in even the darkest days, we help guide others who are lost. We help to influence them in a positive way. We show our humanity in a way that can inspire.
How do YOU bring sunshine to every situation?
I am one of those people that has a tough time bringing sunshine into a bad day. For me I find that the passage of time seems to be the best way to improve any situation and eventually bring some light into my life.ReplyDelete
But even with your approach, you KNOW that time will eventually bring some light into your life. That can be helpful to someone who is convinced that even time won't bring something better. Thank you for sharing, Anonymous.Delete
It's very hard to see sunshine as you put it when things are going badly for me. Like Aonymous I find that time seems to help. Something good will happen like a friend will call me and then suddenly I feel so much better. Maybe if I made the call first then the sunshine would come faster. Thank you for the post and the invitation to share.ReplyDelete
What we think of as time doing the healing, I believe, is the phase we go through to calm down, then the clarity that calming down brings. If we can get to the place of knowing what we can do to bring sunshine into our lives WHILE we're in the difficult phase (like connecting with a friend) that sunshine has the opportunity to shine brightly much sooner. Thank YOU, Tania, for sharing.Delete
I hve a lot of awful things happen to me. Every time I get thru those awful things ok. Now I no no matter what I ben thru I will come out ok even when I going thru the awful things.ReplyDelete
I think I know what you're saying, Anonymous. That you know you'll be okay even when you're in the difficult situation. So knowing you'll be okay is the sunshine you see in your life. That's wisdom. Thank you for sharing.Delete
